hey everyone!

There are so many construction management software options out there—Procore, Buildertrend, PlanGrid, etc. For those who’ve used them, which one has made the biggest difference in job site efficiency?

I’m looking for something that helps with project scheduling, equipment tracking, and maybe even budgeting. Are there any must-have features or hidden drawbacks to watch out for? Would love to hear what’s worked (or not worked) for you!
 
Procore is great for large projects with multiple teams, but Buildertrend is solid for smaller jobs. What’s your main priority—scheduling or budgeting?
 
I've heard a lot of good things about Procore for keeping everything organized, but it can be overkill (and pricey) for smaller teams. Buildertrend seems to be more user-friendly for small to mid-sized jobs. Anyone using something more budget-friendly that still covers scheduling, equipment tracking, and budgeting without the learning curve of the big platforms?

I've used Buildertrend and it’s great for smaller crews. It is super easy to use and covers all the basics like scheduling and tracking.
