What tracking tech do you actually trust when your machine is on the road?

Carrier-provided GPS tracking is great, but often inconsistent. When you have a high-value asset traveling across the country, are you relying on the carrier's ELD/GPS?

I usually trust Samsara or Trackunit when my machines are on the move - reliable updates and fewer "where'd it go?" moments.

From what I've seen, Trackunit tends to win for heavy equipment since it's OEM
integrated on a lot of machines, while Samsara shines more on fleet trucks-both solid, just built for slightly different jobs.

Both are good, but I'd go for Samsara. Had a smooth service from them last year.

I'm kinda with the Trackunit crowd here. Trakcunit just seems more dialed in for machines, especially with that OEM integration, feels like fewer blind spots when it actually matters.
