Hi all, I’m looking into using VeriTread for some heavy equipment moves and was wondering how transparent their pricing really is. Do you guys run into any hidden fees or surprises after booking a load? Would appreciate hearing your experiences before I commit.

From what I’ve seen VeriTread is pretty upfront, but it still pays to double-check accessorials like permits, loading delays, or site access so nothing sneaks up on you later.

I've heard VeriTread is generally upfront, but I'd still ask for a full breakdown in writing .. stuff like permits, detention, or special loading requirements can add up fast if they're not clearly outlined. Better to clarify everything before the wheels start rolling.

Be detailed in your listing. Mention if the machine runs, if there are extra buckets/attachments, and exactly where it's being picked up.
