I’d say it really depends on what kind of work you’re doing.
lighter jobs - JD 2025
more power for heavier tasks- JD3035E might be a better pick
What kind of work are you mainly planning to use it for?
 
Honestly, I was in the same spot before, and it really comes down to how you plan to use it. If most of your work is mowing, light grading, moving mulch, or working around tight spaces, the 2025R is just easier to live with. It's more comfortable, smoother, and feels a bit more "refined." Great for smaller properties.
