Does it really provide real-time heavy machine diagnostics? Please tell me your experience with SmartEquip.

I used SmartEquip a few times and it didn’t feel like real-time diagnostics to me. It’s more of a parts and service platform with manuals and breakdowns in one place. It’s handy for ordering parts and checking diagrams, but I still rely on the machine’s own system or a proper scan tool when I need live data.

From my experience, SmartEquip itself doesn’t really provide true real-time machine diagnostics like live sensor data. It’s more focused on parts lookup, service information, and repair workflows. That said, it integrates well with OEM systems that do offer diagnostics, so it’s still very useful for troubleshooting once you already have fault codes or issues identified.

I’ve used SmartEquip briefly — it does provide near real-time diagnostics, especially for parts data, fault codes, and maintenance insights. It’s very helpful for reducing downtime, though the experience depends on how well your equipment is integrated.
