Do you prefer bidding wars or “buy now and sleep at night” pricing?

Hey, do you guys actually enjoy bidding wars, or are you more of the "buy now and sleep at night" type? I love the thrill of an auction, but watching the price jump in the last 10 seconds can be stressful. On the flip side, fixed pricing feels boring but my blood pressure appreciates it. Curious what most people here prefer when buying equipment. Do you chase the deal or pay for peace of mind?

i'm more of a 'buy now and sleep easy' type. Auctions are fun until that lastsecond price jump feels like a rollercoaster you didn't sign up for.

Most sites now you can put in your max price for an auction. When I was bidding, I'd do that and walk away. Then I avoid that stress towards the end of an auction, and I wouldn't find myself feeling like I needed to go higher. There's almost always another similar machine. It not, I can fall back to a fixed price unit.

Bidding wars can be exciting, but they can also get stressful fast, especially when prices jump at the last second. Personally, I've started leaning more toward the "buy now and sleep at night" approach. That's why I like using platforms like Boom & Bucket. Their fixed pricing, clear inspection reports, and straightforward buying process make it easier to plan your budget and avoid the pressure of last-minute bids.
