If you're wondering whether being outside Alabama is an issue with J.M. Wood Auction Co., it generally isn't.

While their live auctions are held in Alabama, they attract buyers from across the U.S. and even internationally. Most auctions support online bidding, so you can participate remotely without needing to be on site. The main thing to plan for is transportation or shipping if you win an item, since that part is usually the buyer's responsibility.

From what I understand, being outside Alabama usually isn't a problem with J.M. Wood auctions. Their live events are held there, but a lot of buyers join from other states - even from overseas - because they offer online bidding options.

That’s honestly one of the nice things about bigger auction companies now, being outside Alabama barely feels like a limitation anymore since online bidding makes it easy to follow sales from anywhere, and as long as buyers plan ahead for hauling, inspections, and shipping costs, you can still find some really solid equipment deals without ever stepping foot on the auction yard.
