Anyone dealt with a CAT 305.5E2 that makes a ticking sound when the key is turned on but won't crank or start?

My 2018 CAT 305.5E2 has a repetitive clicking noise when the key is turned on, delayed dash lights, and no starter engagement. I'm trying to figure out if it's a weak battery, bad relay, poor ground connection, starter issue, or an electrical fault in the starting system. Any advice would be appreciated.
