You are right, man. always strap in, no exceptions. Those scrapers are just inherently tippy rigs, man. If you've got a heavy load and you crank the wheel while turning, it's looking for an excuse to roll right over. Keep the rubber side down.

On newer machines, that’s your DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter) screaming for a regen (regeneration). If you keep pushing, the machine will eventually go into a forced shutdown mode and refuse to work until it runs its little cleaning cycle. It's the most annoying time-waster ever.
