Anyone dealt with a CAT 305.5E2 that makes a ticking sound when the key is turned on but won't crank or start?

My 2018 CAT 305.5E2 has a repetitive clicking noise when the key is turned on, delayed dash lights, and no starter engagement. I'm trying to figure out if it's a weak battery, bad relay, poor ground connection, starter issue, or an electrical fault in the starting system. Any advice would be appreciated.

Check the battery and grounds first, then work through the starter relay and connections.

I’d start with the battery and ground connections too, especially with the delayed dash lights and clicking.
