it really depends on the type of training. . my buddy paid around $200–$300 for a full hands-on skid steer/track loader course, which seems pretty typical. Online stuff is way cheaper (like under $100), but honestly, the hands-on training is what really makes a difference on site.

@Miguel Flores man, we had one down so long it basically became part of the jobsite scenery, pretty sure the crew started using it as a lunch table 😅 Ended up renting a backup just to keep things moving, but that downtime still hurt.
