I am working on a TH360B with a slow boom extension issue. All other hydraulic functions work fine & no codes are showing from the PHS system. Trying to figure out what to check next before digging too deep into it.

There are so many options now like Samsara, Verizon Connect, and GPS Insight, but I'd rather hear real-world experiences before choosing one.

My Komatsu sat all winter and now it won't start because the indicator won't show neutral. It only shows F or R on the display. Since it doesn't recognize neutral, the machine won't crank. Thinking maybe a shifter switch, linkage, or electrical issue from sitting too long.
