What's the best scraper for a small contractor moving dirt?

I'm looking to buy a scraper to speed up moving dirt on smaller jobs. Most of my work involves stripping topsoil and hauling material 500-800 feet. I have an 180 HP Komatsu dozer and a 120 HP dozer, but I'm unsure whether to use a pull scraper with the larger machine or a smaller scraper that I can push-load.
What setup would you recommend for this type of work?
