Why won't my machine move after repairing the wiring?

Someone cut the wiring harness when the machine was stolen. I replaced the connectors and repaired the wires, but the machine still won't move. The engine starts, and the lights, horn, and A/C all work. Has anyone had this problem before? What should I check next?
