Why won't my Case 850K dozer move forward or reverse?

My 2006 Case 850K XLT Series 2 dozer runs normally, and the hydraulics work, but it won't travel forward or reverse. The yellow transmission warning light is on, and the F-N-R indicators are not displaying. What could cause this transmission control problem?
