I'm new to owning excavators and could use some advice. My JD 225C LC stays at high idle even when I turn the dial to idle. The auto idle light is green, but it doesn't lower the RPM. The only time the RPM drops is when I turn the key off-it goes down to about 200 RPM, then goes back up. Has anyone experienced this or know where I should start checking?
