Why is my TH360B boom extending slowly with no codes showing?

I am working on a TH360B with a slow boom extension issue. All other hydraulic functions work fine & no codes are showing from the PHS system. Trying to figure out what to check next before digging too deep into it.

Interesting troubleshooting case. Since all other hydraulic functions are operating normally and there are no PHS fault codes, it does seem to point toward the boom extension circuit itself rather than the main hydraulic system. I'd be interested to hear whether the boom retracts at normal speed, as that could help narrow down the cause.

You should also check the hydraulic fluid level and the suction filter If the fluid is low or the filter is partially clogged it can restrict flow specifically to the main boom cylinder under load causing it to extend slowly even without throwing a fault code.
