Why is my Komatsu PC120-6 hydraulic thumb not working?

I’m working on a 2006 Komatsu PC120-6 with a hydraulic thumb that keeps stopping. I replaced both coils and ran a new wire, but now energizing the circuit makes all the wires show power. Has anyone dealt with this issue before?
