Why does my Terex RT530E-2 stop scoping at full joystick?

I have a 2009 Terex RT530E-2 that stops scoping in or out when the joystick is pushed to full position. If the joystick is returned to neutral, it works again. Has anyone experienced this issue?

start by checking the joystick switch/sensor and hydraulic pressure when it hits full travel,
