Why are the steering and dump functions not working on my Komatsu HA270?

[Marcus Marcus]

My Komatsu HA270 articulating dump truck was working fine, but after backing up and dumping a load, the steering became very stiff, and the dump function stopped working. What should I check first for this Komatsu HA270 hydraulic problem?
