Where is the main fuse located on a 1989 Komatsu D85P-21 if the dash has no power and the machine won’t start?

I'm trying to track down an electrical issue on my Komatsu D85P-21. The dash console suddenly stopped lighting up, including the fuel and oil temp gauges, and now the machine won't start. What's strange is the fans and wipers still work with the key on, so it seems like only part of the electrical system lost power.
