Hey everyone, I'm curious-what's the biggest headache you deal with on a daily job site? Is it keeping track of crews, managing equipment, handling deliveries, or something else entirely? How do you usually tackle these challenges, and have any tools or strategies actually made your life easier? Are there recurring issues that seem impossible to fully fix no matter what you try? Would love to hear real-world experiences and maybe swap some tips for smoother job site management.

For me, the biggest headache is communication gaps between crews and supervisors. Most problems don't come from lack of effort, but from info not reaching the right people at the right time-schedule changes, delivery delays, or equipment availability. It usually turns into last minute firefighting. We've tried WhatsApp groups and daily quick huddles, which help a bit, but it's still not perfect. Interested to hear how others keep everyone on the same page without overcomplicating things.

For me, it's scheduling and keeping track of equipment downtime. Delays kill profits. Anyone using software for that, or still old-school spreadsheets?
