What should the fuel pressure be on a 2005 Nissan 50 forklift?

My 2005 Nissan 50 forklift has a 2.5L four-cylinder EFI gas engine and seems to have a fuel starvation issue. The fuel pressure is only 26-28 PSI. What should the correct Nissan forklift fuel pressure be?
