What should I check if the driveline still spins when the power shuttle is in neutral on my Case 350 crawler dozer?

Hi everyone, looking for some advice. I already checked and repaired the spool and bore, but the issue is still there. Now I'm wondering what else could be causing it. Could it be linkage adjustment, clutch packs dragging, low pressure, or something inside the shuttle?

Seen this before, and it turned out to be weak charge pump pressure and some internal leakage in the shuttle clutch pack. Everything looked fine externally, but pressure dropped under load. Might be worth doing a full pressure + flow test.

It's worth checking filters, suction screen, and oil condition in case there's a restriction or aeration. If pressures check out, then you might be looking at dragging clutch packs, worn sealing rings, or internal leakage inside the shuttle. I'd confirm all the easy stuff with gauges and adjustments before pulling it apart.
