What popular GMC square body model stands out?

Hi guys! I'm thinking about getting one GMC square-body model and I wanna know what model stands out. Any tips on performance, reliability, or things to watch out for?

Heck, at this point I'd settle for my old 2005 GMC. They just don't seem to make em like that anymore. That thing had plenty of space and features. Now everything is screens, overly big, and not even as sturdy. Loved my radio buttons and knob AC/Heat controls.
 
Sierra 1500 4x4 is the go-to it's bulletproof drivetrain, easy to mod, and parts are still out there. Square-body GMCs = timeless tough.
