Trying to diagnose a CAT 980B middle brake pedal valve that continuously dumps air and won't let the machine build pressure. The valve was replaced last year and worked fine until now. Could this be a stuck valve, bad internal seal, or contamination in the air brake system? Also wondering if the valve lines can be temporarily blocked off without affecting the main brakes.
