What could be causing slow hydraulics on a Cat 235 that only works better at full throttle even after checking pump pressures and relief valves?

Hi everyone, I'm currently troubleshooting a Cat 235 excavator (Serial: 64R00978) that I recently acquired from a mining operation. The machine has a long-standing issue with very slow hydraulic response, and I'm trying to narrow down the root cause. I'm open to investing in repairs, but I'd like to avoid unnecessary parts replacement.

Has anyone dealt with similar Cat 235 slow hydraulics under load issues before? What ended up being the actual fix in your case?

Could be a few different things, honestly. I've seen slow hydraulics caused by weak pumps, relief valve issues, clogged screens, or low pilot pressure.
