My CAT 980G Series II shows a flashing powertrain filter obstruction warning even after replacing the filter and checking the oil level. It also has an intermittent starting issue that sometimes seems related to moving the steering wheel. Could these problems be connected, or was the starting issue simply a faulty starter?
