Hey everyone, I’m thinking about selling some of my equipment for the first time and was looking into Ritchie Bros. Auctions. Does anyone have tips on how to get the best results, like preparing equipment, setting reserves, or timing the sale? I’d love to hear any advice from folks who’ve gone through their first auction successfully.

Ritchie Bros is very trustworthy. By the way, it depends on what you are selling. I sold my 2020 Hitachi ZX350LC-6N for almost $25,000 at Ritchie Bros. They have a territory manager, and their customer support is very easy to contact.

clean and stage your equipment really well, take good photos...
don't be afraid to ask the reps for tips, they're surprisingly helpful for first-timers
