Takeuchi TB175 thumb and two-speed track not working?

I recently purchased a Takeuchi TB175, but the hydraulic thumb, second auxiliary hydraulics, and two-speed tracks are not working. Has anyone experienced similar electrical issues with this model? Where should I start troubleshooting?
