My CASE 650K Series 2 dozer is leaking hydraulic fluid from the drive motor into the final drive and around the sprocket. Machine still runs fine, but I want to catch it early.

That's usually a drive motor seal starting to go on those machines. On a CASE 650K Series 2, when the motor leaks into the final drive, it's often the shaft seal or internal seal failing.

Honestly, catching it early is the smart move If hydraulic oil is getting into the final drive, there's a good chance the drive motor seal is starting to fail.
