Hey gusy, I've been looking at low-hour heavy equipment lately and keep seeing listings on Boom & Bucket. On paper, the hours look great, but I'm wondering how trustworthy they really are compared to traditional auctions. For those who've bought through Boom & Bucket, does the condition usually match the listing? How does the experience feel compared to acution buys-less stress, more transparency, or about the same? I'd love to hear real buyer experiences before deciding where to place my next bid.

hi, from what i've seen, Boom & Bucket tends to feel lower stress than auctions since you get upfront inspections and set pricing, not last-second bidding chaos. Auctions can still be great deals, but you're usually taking more risk on condition unless you inspect in person.

@PunchLister , as someone who’s bought from Boom & Bucket a few times, I’ve found the listings pretty spot-on and the inspections save a lot of the guesswork compared to auctions. It definitely feels less stressful knowing what you’re getting before pulling the trigger.
