How to Identify the Engine in a Drott Crane?

I recently bought a Drott crane, but I cannot identify the engine make and model. After rebuilding the injection pump, the engine smokes and has low power. The timing marks are also unclear. Has anyone worked on a similar crane and knows how to identify the engine?
