Am I the only one who always gets confused seeing too many ads about equipment sales?

Well, I am recently looking for a backhoe loader for my new project. When I started searching I started getting too many ads of Backhoe loaders for sale which made me confused about finding the genuine one. Or you can say I can't figure out how to filter them and find the best deal.

How do you manage the ads of equipment sales and how do you find the most suitable ones besides talking to your trusted dealer?
