I’m curious how smooth the shipping process actually is when buying equipment through them.
Did everything arrive on time and as expected, or were there delays and surprises?
How was the communication during transit, were you kept in the loop?
Overall, would you say the delivery side of things is hassle-free or something to watch out for?
