How much dirt can an excavator move an hour?

I wonder if it allows for getting a massive amount of dirt every hour. I am asking this to know the limits of the excavator.

It varies a lot by the size of the machine and the soil you're digging. A standard medium-sized excavator usually moves between 60 and 120 cubic yards an hour.

It depends on the size, but most standard excavators can move around 100 to 200 cubic meters of dirt per hour. Bigger machines can do even more if conditions are good.

It really depends on the size of the excavator and site conditions, but on average a medium excavator can move 100-300 cubic meters per hour. Bucket size, swing distance, soil type, and operator skill all make a big difference.
