How Much Did Your Metal Garage Really Cost All-In?

Hey everyone, I'm looking into putting up a metal garage and I'm trying to figure out what the real all-in cost ends up being. I see a lot of advertised kit prices, but I know that's usually just the starting point. What did you guys actually end up paying once you factored in site prep, concrete, insulation, doors, and labor? Was it close to what you expected or did the extras surprise you? Would love to hear some real-world numbers before I jump in.

my buddy put up a metal garage last year, and he said the kit was cheap, but concrete and labor really pushed the all-in cost higher than expected.
