I'm planning to move a piece of equipment soon (likely an excavator or maybe a mid-size dozer), and I keep seeing Veritread come up when searching for heavy equipment transport services.
From what I understand, it works like a marketplace where carriers bid on your load, but I'm still a bit unclear on how the full process actually goes in real-world use.
For those who've used Veritread for equipment shipping or heavy haul trucking, I'd really appreciate your input:
Just don't want to mess up my first booking when it comes to equipment transport and logistics.

- How fast do you usually get quotes after posting a load?
- Are the carriers vetted, or do you still need to do your own background checks?
- Do they handle oversize permits, routing, and logistics, or is that on you?
- How accurate are the quotes compared to the final cost?
- Any issues with delays, communication, or equipment condition during delivery?
