How does Rouse stack up against other appraisal services?

I've been reading up on equipment appraisals and keep seeing Rouse mentioned as the "gold standard." I'm curious if that's really true in practice.

Rouse is the real deal, mostly because they use actual sales data and rental invoices instead of just "asking prices."
