How do you change the control pattern on a CAT 416C backhoe from excavator controls to standard backhoe controls?

Trying to change the control pattern on a CAT 416C backhoe from excavator-style controls back to standard backhoe controls (right hand for dipper/bucket and left hand for boom/swing). I’ve read that some CAT 416C machines have a pattern control valve that can be switched, but I can’t seem to find it on this machine. If there’s no selector valve, what’s the proper way to swap the controls? Looking for advice from anyone familiar with CAT 416C control pattern changes, pilot control valves, or backhoe hydraulic control setups.

hi @Elizabeth Williams, If it has a pattern changer, it's usually tucked near the backhoe valve bank or under the cab area. If you can't find one, I'd check the service manual first before swapping any hydraulic lines, could save a lot of headaches.
