How do you change a bucket on a JCB excavator?

I'm fairly new to running JCB excavators and want to make sure I'm changing buckets the right way without damaging the coupler or risking safety issues. I know the process can be different depending on whether the machine has a manual pin-on bucket or a quick coupler, but I'd like to understand the proper steps.

If it's got a quick couplre, keep the bucket flat, relieve pressure, unlock the coupler, and double-check it's fully seated when you hook the new one-never hurts to give it a quick shake test before digging.
