How do I properly time the blade rotation cylinders on a motor grader?

My motor grader blade only rotates a short distance before stopping. The pitman arms and blade rotation cylinders may be out of sequence. Does anyone have a diagram or guidance for properly timing the cylinders and rotary spool valve?
