How do I adjust the Case 1150H turn brakes?

My turn brakes seem out of adjustment. The steering clutches disengage when I press the pedals, but there's a long pedal travel before the brakes finally grab. Once they do, the brakes work fine. Where is the adjustment for this, and is there anything in the hydraulic system I should be checking?

I'd check the brake linkage and adjustment first, then look at the hydraulic system if the pedal travel is still too long.
