How Accurate Are Drone-Based Earthwork Measurements?

hey everyone,

More contractors seem to be using drones for site surveys and volume calculations these days. How accurate have drone-based earthwork measurements been in your experience compared to traditional surveying methods?

I still use traditional surveying for final verification, but drones are excellent for tracking progress and calculating volumes.

Same here, drones are great for quick progress checks, but I'd still trust a survey for the final numbers.
