Honestly impressed with my first IronPlanet win. IronClad Assurance actually came through!

I just wanted to share a quick positive experience for once! I've been lurking on IronPlanet for months, but I finally pulled the trigger on a Case 580 Backhoe last week.

I'll admit, I was pretty nervous about buying a machine based on photos and a PDF, but the process was surprisingly smooth:

• The Inspection Report was Spot On: Every little scratch and "minor weep" they listed in the IronClad report was exactly where they said it would be no "hidden surprises" when the lowboy pulled into my yard.
• The Video Saved Me a Trip: Being able to see the machine walk and the boom cycle in the inspection video gave me the confidence to bid without driving 6 hours to see it in person.
• Load-out was a breeze: The yard staff were actually organized. My driver was in and out in under 45 minutes, which is a record for some of these auction sites.

that's awesome to hear! buying equipment online can be stressful, but it sounds like eveyrthing went perfectly for you. the accurate inspection and video make a huge difference. hope the backhoe serves you well-keep pushing forward and making great moves!
