I am planning to buy agricultural machinery for the expansion of our farmland. Any financial advisor here? Please share your advice on getting started.

This is an aerial view of our farmland, and I want to acquire more machinery to get the work done.

I went through the same process last year when we expanded our farm. My biggest tip is to compare financing options, some dealers offer better interest rates than banks. Also, make sure you factor in maintenance costs! What’s your estimated budget for the machinery?

That's an exciting expansion! 🚜 Definitely smart to consult a financial advisor who specializes in agricultural investments and machinery financing. Good luck!

That’s a great move! Expanding your farmland can really boost your output. Maybe start by checking what equipment you’ll need most and see if local banks offer any low interest loans or support for farmers. What kind of machinery are you thinking about getting first?

Great topic! I'm seriously considering using Ritchie Bros. Financial Services (RBFS) for my next equipment finance need.
For those who've used them: How competitive were the interest rates and terms compared to your local bank or credit union? Also, was the application and funding process quick and efficient? Any honest feedback on their customer support would be incredibly valuable to everyone in this thread.

Thanks to everyone for sharing their experiences!

Sounds like an exciting plan! Before buying, try comparing a few brands and financing options to see what fits your budget best. Some farmers also start with used machines to save costs. What kind of equipment are you looking into right now?

I’m actually looking into machinery financing for a small farm expansion. thanks for starting this thread! Has anyone compared RBFS to a local credit union or dealer financing? curious about interest rates and how strict their approval process is.

Congrats on the expansion plans. Hope you find a great advisor to guide you through the financing options. Wishing you success!!!

RBFS is legit! Anyone else got experience with them? Curious about their approval process and if the 'No Payments For 120 Days' deal is a good deal or a trap?

That’s awesome! Investing in good machinery can really make a difference. Maybe talk to nearby farmers to see what’s working best for them. Are you planning to buy new or used equipment?

Looking into Ritchie Bros. Financial Services for equipment financing? 👍 Worth exploring their options and rates to see if they fit your business needs!

RBFS is known for financing heavy equipment, including agri machinery. They offer flexible terms and quick approvals. It’s worth comparing their rates with local banks or credit unions before committing.

I’ve seen a few people mention Ritchie Bros. Financial Services recently. They seem reliable, but I’m curious has anyone actually used their financing options? I wonder if the approval process is fast and flexible.

I haven’t personally used Ritchie Bros. Financial Services (RBFS), but I’ve come across their name quite often in the equipment financing space. For those who’ve worked with them — how was your experience in terms of rates, customer service, and approval time? Always great to hear real feedback before exploring new financing options
