Has anyone dealt with a 250G LC hammer low flow issue with aftermarket aux kits like HudCo?

Hey guys, working on a John Deere 250G LC with a HudCo one-way aux kit. I've got good pilot and relief pressure, but the hammer is very slow and the pump flow isn't increasing. Breaker switch stays off, so it seems like the machine isn't calling for flow. Anyone run into this? Trying to figure out what triggers full pump flow to the aux circuit

Yeah, that sounds like a signal issue more than a hydraulic issue on the John Deere 250G LC.

Hey @Robert M. , kinda see your point, but on a John Deere 250G LC I’ve seen similar act up from the aux kit side too, with those aftermarket setups like HudCo don’t always trigger full pump flow right, so it’s not always just a signal issue in the machine itself.

Sounds like the machine isn’t getting the signal to increase pump flow. Check breaker mode activation, monitor settings, and solenoid wiring. Pilot pressure alone won’t trigger full auxiliary flow without command signal.
