Greasing Schedule for Loaders, Dozers & Excavators- What’s Overkill and What’s Not?

Hey all, I’m trying to dial in a good greasing schedule for our loaders, dozers, and excavators. I know daily checks are standard, but is hitting every grease point daily overkill for lighter use? How often do you all actually grease your machines, and does it vary by equipment type or job conditions? I’d love to avoid wasted time and grease, but not at the cost of premature wear. Curious what’s worked best for your fleets... let’s hear it

For me daily’s a must on heavy-use days, but for light duty, every 2–3 days works fine.
always remember not to skip the pivots

totally agree with checking pivots those wear fast if ignored

for lighter duty I had good luck with a Monday-Wednesday-Friday greasing routine

just make sure to adjust if the sites extra dusty or wet conditions can really speed up wear
