Cat 953Z Won't Start. Anyone Run Into This Before?

Hey guys, has anyone here had trouble with a Cat 953Z not starting? Mine suddenly won’t fire up, and I’m trying to figure out where to start before calling the dealer.

I’m already checking the basics like battery, starter, fuel flow, safety switches, and wiring, but I’m wondering if there are any common issues with these loaders that I should look at first.

If you’ve dealt with a no-start problem on a 953Z, what was the cause in your case? Something simple or a bigger repair? Would really appreciate any practical tips or things to check that could save some downtime. Thanks

A lot of no-start cases on older track loaders end up being simple electrical faults - corroded terminals, worn key switches, or failed relays. Fuel contamination or plugged filters are a close second, especially if the machine has been sitting.
