Cat 16M - Total Implement Loss (Dead Hydraulics)

I'm reaching out to see if anyone has run into this on a Cat 16M grader. We were mid-pass today and suddenly lost all implement functions. Blade won't move, circle is dead, and the ripper is stuck up.
